A: Yes - many landlords and property managers prefer an ongoing arrangement so their properties are checked and maintained consistently, rather than waiting until something breaks. Get in touch and we'll set up a schedule that works for you.

Q: What kind of maintenance work do you handle?
A: We cover general repairs, installations, fittings, and property touch-ups — from fixing loose door handles and assembling furniture to addressing scuffed paintwork and other small issues that come up between guests, tenants, or inspections. For larger structural or specialist work, we can advise or refer you to a trusted partner.

A: Both. If we already clean your property, we can simply add maintenance to what we do — no need to set anything up separately. And if you're new to NoirBlanc and only need maintenance, that's fine too.
